FOUNDER STORY

Niki Gordon is the head Chef at Irie Jerk. Born and raised in Spanish Town Jamaica. She came to New York City in her early teens. Raised in an entrepreneurial family headed by her mother Delores.

 

She has strived for greatness as it is in her blood. The 6th of 7 siblings that loves to eat great food. We are now sharing our kitchen with you. Welcome!

Over the past year Irie Jerk has gone global as seen all over social media and news platforms such as NBC. Feature appearance on "First We Feast" and "Hot Ones" with Esther Choi. This exposure is all due to Nicolas Nuvan is now an offical member of the family.

On any given day you may step by the Brooklyn location and catch a glimpse of Justin, Skye, Chinito, Pacas, Marcus Broune, Joshua Weissman, to name a few. Come join us and really enjoy authentic Jamaican jerk.
